Over lunch*, Moko is now offering a cold Hite with a choice of one of its imaginative “bao ssam” (essentially Korean ssam wrapped in bao) for ten dollars through August. Intended to get you onto the restaurant’s patio and drinking in the last month of summer, the Korean brew can be matched with items like a green chili pork sausage, cucumber, and pineapple ssam jang or pork braised with sweet soy ssam jang served with Asian pear. Grilled Prawns with Red Onions and Avocado with Wild Arugula and Aji Amarillo Jang
