While Ottavia Bourdain is proudly confessing to a “booty call” with Milk Burger, her husband has been having his own innocent fun in the Bay Area, where he’s been spotted all week at places like Li Po, Swan Oyster Depot, Mission Chinese, and now … here, sloshed on some little, random boat.
