• Matthew A. O’Malley, the restaurateur behind Chicago Firehouse and Park Grill, is being sued for $3.3 million. First Chicago Bank & Trust claims that he failed to pay off a 2007 loan for a building in the South Loop, which used to house the Chicago Defender. Obvioulsy, O’Malley denies the claim. [Crain’s]
