Mission Chinese Food’s Danny Bowien has revised his offerings again, now that he and crew have returned from a research trip to China with their Lung Shan family. Bowien has been hand-pulling his own noodles lately (note the Numbing Lamb Face Biang Biang Mien), putting on a good show for diners. And the menu just keeps getting longer! In addition to the menu below this week they’re also doing several specials that are eat-in only, including a General Tso’s spit-roasted/dry-fried veal rib, and Taiwanese mussels with pork jowl.
