L.A. Downtown News spreads the good word that The Perch is having a grand-opening tomorrow night from 6:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. (alright, they’re ready to party!). The Perch is a rooftop lounge and restaurant spread across three floors from owners Rachel Thomas and Coly Den Haan, founders of Downtown’s popular wine bar The Must until they were suddenly forced out on the whims of some shady people.
This Parisian bistro-inspired project counts SoCal’s own Benjamin Udave (Red Pearl, White Lotus, The Jonathan Club) as its chef and is heavily anticipated. The Perch plans to open from afternoon to early morning, seven days a week, and follows the owners’ recent opening of a stromboli restaurant on the same street called Coly’s Stromboli. The return of The Must is currently slated for next year on the ground floor. To get into the party, where baked frogs legs and cordon bleu poppers will be served, check out the full story below.
