There’s a pretty simple trick for making a great summertime barbecue even more awesome. You add beer. And that’s what Square 1682’s Guillermo Tellez is doing with tonight’s Beer B-Q, a barbecue pairing with beers from Victory. The dinner will match summery dishes from Tellez – lobster and corn chowder, sage corn bread, barbecue pork ribs and the like – with beers from Victory – Hop Devil, Summer Love Ale, Golden Monkey and the like – all for $40.
