Pub & Kitchen alerted its Twitter followers yesterday that if it wins a “best of Philly” from Phillymag, it will pour a free pint of Victory’s Summer Love for every person orders a Churchill burger. But if you can’t wait for the Best of Philly announcements, the restaurant and bar has another, unfortunately not free, beer soaked deal to offer with its Bells Brewery beer pairing dinner on Thursday. It will include four courses and four different brews from the Kalamazoo, MI-based brewery for $40. Some highlights include New Jersey fluke crudo with Blue Moon Acres radish and sorel, green olive oil, citrus, and pickled watermelon paired with Bell’s Oarsman; and roasted poulet rouge poussin with coppa wrapped stuffed leg, creamed silver queen corn, fava beans, and hen of the woods mushrooms paired with Oberon.
