With so many different specials coming out of the kitchen at Meritage on an almost nightly basis, it’s easy to forget sometimes that the restaurant and wine bar also serves an a la carte menu. Just last week we told you that Chef Anne Coll had introduced a new Fresh From the Farm tasting menu, highlighting fresh picked goods from Chester and Lancaster county farms. Today she sends word that she is now going to serve Phillies Favorites, a selection of small plates, which are like the greatest hits from her kitchen (priced between $3 and $5) during Phillies night games. Dishes include her Korean fried chicken wings, braised pork shoulder tacos with kimchi and sesame slaw, and all-vegan local vegetable tempura. And to wash it all down, Meritage is offering specially priced cans of SLy Fox’s Royal Weisse.
