We realize that the upcoming heat wave means meatballs might not be on the top of anyone’s to-cook list right now, but we also know that if the never-ending crowds at the Meatball Shop’s two locations are any indication, people will want meatballs regardless of the temperature. Whatever the case, we present you now with the spicy pork meatball recipe from Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow’s forthcoming Meatball Shop Cookbook, which will be out this fall (November 1 is the official release date). And we’re sure that means a Meatball Factory cookbook will be coming out a few months after that.
