Matt Eversman still hasn’t opened his “casual elegant dining concept,” but if you can’t wait for the former Saigon Sisters’ chef to open his new restaurant, you should make your way over to Franks ‘n’ Dawgs. He’s competing against The Publican’s Brian Huston for the monthly Iron Dawg sausage competition. Everman’s creation, Boar’n to be Wild, features rendang spiced wild boar, togarashi tempura onions, and fried sweet potato salad. It will be taking on Huston’s This Little Piggy, which one last month. Who will win? The only way to vote is to head over to Franks n’ Dawgs and order the one that looks the best.
