Johnny Brenda’s will be serving New Jersey clams every which way during its annual Kenzinger Clambake on Saturday. They’ll have them freshly shucked and raw; done up clams casino style; breaded and fried on a Po’Boy; and more. In keeping with the beachy vibe, they’ll have soft shell crab sandwiches, and broiled New Jersey flounder too. And all of this will of course be paired with Kenzinger.
