The tyranny must end!
Less than four months after a federal judge dismissed an extortion case against Yelp for lack of sufficient evidence, the company might be up to their old, extortion-happy ways. Per Eater, a Texas pizzeria is claiming that a bunch of four- and five-star reviews disappeared off Yelp just as they began getting calls from Yelp ad-sales people promising “it would get better if [they] advertised.” Did anyone think to record one of these phone calls?
