
A new Times Square area restaurant that will include rooftop dining and an outdoor bar is looking for a chef to serve “high-end Caribbean styled food and small plates.” Crain’s notices a listing on Culintro’s job board that says the licenses are in place, the design is in progress, and $7 million of improvements are underway on three floors of unnamed space — all that’s missing is a chef who should be ready to start next month.
