Grub Street has gotten word that El Centro, the fantastic new Mexican nook in the South End, has begun serving lunch from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., with brunch to follow in the next few weeks. It’s a lighter version of their dinner menu; plus, there’s takeout!
