And guess what! They serve wings. Not just any wings though. These would be PETA-approved, organic chicken wings from Mary’s Chickens, prepared by former Little Skillet chef Christian Ciscle, and they’ll come in 10- or 25-piece buckets (or similar) in five varieties: classic buffalo, Korean style, honey mustard, BBQ, and an original Wing Wings sauce. And praise be, as SFoodie reports, they’ll be serving late, catering to the lively and always hungry Lower Haight bar crowd. Also be advised that you can choose toppings for your wings, including bacon, chopped chiles, and chicharrones!
