We didn’t think the culinary offerings of Seaside Heights could get any better (Chipstix, dude — Chipstix), but Wafels & Dinges tells us that it has set up a shop at the entrance of the Big Top Arcade at 1020 North Boardwalk; it’s now open weekends, and starting June 15 it’ll be open daily through Labor Day from 10 a.m. till midnight. Will this lure weekending foodies away from the Rockaway boardwalk? Not exactly a “shore thing,” but who knows …
