Smorgasburg, that big, lovely Brooklyn Flea food spinoff, is a bona fide hit. But are its prepared foods so successful that they threaten to completely consume the Greenmarket that’s being operated in partnership with the Smorg? Well, market manager David Sherman is afraid that just may be the case.
