
A few weeks ago, the Sofitel Hotel lost one of the stars of the Chicago pastry world when Meg Galus decided to leave for the revamped NoMI Kitchen. But don’t worry too much about the Gold Coast hotel, as it just landed another top pastry chef. Patrick Fahy, who announced his departure from Blackbird a few weeks ago, will start at the Sofitel Hotel in early July according to the Tribune.
