The past week has brought a slew of chef shuffle news. Allow us to quickly recap: First off, here in the city, we have a new chef at Luce who has officially taken over executive chef duties after the departure of Dominique Crenn. That would be Daniel Corey, who’s been promoted from executive sous chef, as the Scoop reports.
Next, we move north to Sausalito, where Murray Circle just saw the departure of chef Joseph Humphrey (who just might be headed to a TBA restaurant on Union Street), and the previously announced replacement Justin Everett has already taken over, and launched new menus, as well as a more casual vibe.
Further north in Napa we had the news that Stephen Barber is out at Fish Story and moving to Farmstead in St. Helena. His replacement at Fish Story, the Scoop reports today, will be Clint Davies, a sous chef from One Market.
