
Joe Miller’s Bar Pintxo has a new “Six for $6” happy hour that offers six different preps of the namesake snack, pintxo, all for $6.00, as well as individual tapas priced at $6.00 a piece. The new happy hour runs from 4:00-6:30 on weekdays and noon to 6:30 P.M. on weekends and finds chef David Plonowski orchestrating bites like tomato conserve with manchego, chorizo Bilbao with cherry tomato, and huevos rellenos, as well as an expanded selection of tapas including mini burgers with Tronchon cheese and jamon crisps, Carlsbad mussels with aged sherry and roasted bell pepper, and tacos with both pulled pork in Ximenez sherry and lamb mojo verde tacos for six bucks each. And being happy hour and all, here comes the sweet sound of four-dollar glasses of wine, six dollar glasses of Sherry fino, and $25 pitchers of sangria. See the full menu below.
