Just a couple of months after spotlighting the city’s shabby treatment of food trucks, the Globe now declares that Boston is “poised to become one of the nation’s newest food truck capitals.”
The biggest champion of Boston’s food truck movement is SoWa Open Market’s Chris Masci, who says that there’s no need to hold another food truck festival there (last year’s was a huge success) because, well, now there are food trucks everywhere!
The Globe concurs, enthusing that “Boston’s food truck celebration is ongoing and everywhere. And here to stay.” Check out their roster of the city’s best food trucks and let us know what you think. We’re psyched to see Staff Meal on the list! And tell us: Do you think Boston is poised to become a food-truck hot spot, more so than other cities?
