F&W Puts Out the Call For ‘Pieku’

It’s been a while since we heard any rumblings about pie, the foodie fad that nearly every blogging wag said would eclipse cupcakes this year. But apparently it’s still trending. So much so that Food & Wine is working on a piece about it for an upcoming issue. Editor-in-chief Dana Cowin tweeted yesterday that the F&W; crew even developed a new literary form while brainstorming ideas. They’re calling it ‘Pieku,’ as in pie + haiku. Cute, huh? She’s asking readers to submit there own for consideration in the magazine. Keep reading to see ours.
