There has been a shakeup at The Trump. The hotel’s high end restaurant, Sixteen, is going to need a new executive chef, as Frank Brunacci unexpectedly left on Monday. Though his new project will be in the “culinary industry,” Eater reports that it won’t “necessarily involve him cooking in a restaurant.” Never exactly the most well known chef in Chicago, Brunacci was still very active as the face of Sixteen, which he helped launch in January of 2008; he even managed to snag a Michelin star back in November. We’re still waiting to hear who will replace him, but chef de cuisine Joseph Rose will fill in for the time being. [Eater]
