We’re dying to see Emeril Lagasse grill galbi with Roy Choi, the chef he saved from couch-lock one particularly stoney afternoon. While we may have to wait for that one, Emeril is cooking the famous seasonal green tamales and chile rellenos at El Cholo with chef Roberto Juarez for his new show The Originals which finds chef “Bam Bam” looking at regional treasures in the U.S. Catch the El Cholo episode on July 14th at 7:30 P.M. on Cooking Channel.
