Summer hasn’t even started and already we’re getting news of more shuffling among the food corps. First Adam Kuban left his post at Slice, now we get word that Jesse Hirsch has stepped down as deputy editor of Edible Queens (he moved to San Francisco late last year and it became hard to “maintain obligations on both coasts,” he wrote in an e-mail). Congrats to Fork in the Road’s Rebecca Marx, who’s taking his place.
