Cheese Company Issues Recall; Chicago Casino Could Be a Boon for Area Restaurants

• The Walnut Cheese Company issued a voluntary recall of their mozzarella products. According to the Illinois Department of Public Health, there are fears that the cheese could be contaminated with an antibiotic. [Trib]
