Quite possibly forgetting about the existence of vegetarian virtuoso Jeremy Fox, who graced Animal last summer, Squid Ink has a hearty chuckle at the contradictory notion of a vegetarian chef cooking at the temple of all thing carnivorous. Oh to think! On July 14th, catch London’s Yotam Ottolenghi, of the eponymous UK restaurant chain, cooking a $70 meatless menu at Animal in support of his new book, titled Plenty.
