French chef Alain Allegretti is headed back to Chelsea: The Times has word that the toque will open a restaurant in the upscale former home of Amy Sacco’s Bette, on West 23rd Street near Tenth Avenue. Allegretti will reportedly stay on as consultant at La Petite Maison, where he’s been helming the kitchen. [NYT]
