Founders of food trucks Lardon and NaanStop are banding together with Roaming Hunger to organize The Amazing Gourmet Food Truck Race, a June 25th scavenger hunt that finds multiple teams of two-to-eight members eating their way through West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Santa Monica, prompted by clues along the way that lead to various landmarks. Three top winners will be loaded down with prizes, while an after-party at Busby’s East has us convinced the median age of participants will likely be in the early deuces. Still, it beats another lame-o food truck festival. $60 tickets can be found online.
