We’ve been keeping you current on the changing of the guard at Place Pigalle (520 Hayes Street). We have yet one more update today via Inside Scoop. Charlie Hallowell, chef-owner of Pizzaiolo, claims: “[Creating a food menu for Pigalle is] not even close to a done deal.” As good pals with Pigalle partner Michael O’Connor (also of Brick & Mortar Music Hall), Hallowell says, “My guess is we might do something together at one of those two spaces.” Looks like we won’t be chowing down on Hallowell’s pies this side of the Bay just yet.
