Just in case one of you mad ones doesn’t get enough tequila tonight, West Restaurant and Lounge is holding a penthouse tequila pairing on May 18th to highlight Herradura’s Double Barrel Reposado, which is aged in oak for eleven months before being aged again in a new barrel for one more. $39 gets you six tequila cocktails paired with six small plates, and to make the true obsessive happy, there will be a live agave shaving demonstration.
