Tony Gemignani is so confident in his pizza game that he’s headed to the major leagues, in New York City. As Grub Street NY reports, Tony and partner Bruno DiFabio are opening 900 Degrees in the West Village next week, where he’ll be doing traditional Neapolitan pies, as well as Roman and New York-style pies.
