Ex Gratia, the small batch kolsch-style brew that Stoudt’s and Osteria’s Jeff Michaud developed last year to play a role in Vetri Foundation’s annual Great Chefs Event fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, is back on tap at a small handful of local restaurants this week. The refreshing summer sipper gets its lemony zing from Michaud’s Meyer lemon marmalade, and proceeds of each pint of it that’s poured will go to Alex’s Lemonade Stand’s ongoing efforts to fight pediatric cancer. Currently its on tap at Osteria, Amis, MidAtlantic and the Dandelion. In coming weeks it will start turning up at Amada, Percy Street and will be featured at Beer Week’s Opening Tap Ceremony.
