Chip Roman is bringing a little bit of that Conshy magic he’s been casting at Blackfish on Tuesday nights to his still new-ish Mica in Chestnut Hill. Beginning this week he’s offering a four-course $45 prix fixe. And like the popular Tuesday night tasting menus he’s been serving at Blackfish, Mica’s will riff on a different seasonal ingredient each week. For this Wednesday’s maiden voyage Roman and Mica chef Jason Cichonski will focus on Lobster. In coming weeks the menus will center on lamb, scallops and shellfish.
