Last month, Jeffrey Chodorow put his Trump Tower apartment up for $16.4 million, and today Marc Murphy of Landmarc and Ditch Plains is in the news after buying a $16.5 million co-op in Jerry Seinfeld’s building on Central Park West: “The three-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath unit includes a private elevator landing, and, of course, a windowed eat-in kitchen with a butler’s pantry.” [NYP]
