Last time we checked in, Filipino pop-up Maharlika was looking for a new home (it’s leaving Resto Leon mid-May); now Metromix reports that it’s found one at 5 Ninth. Starting June 5, it’ll take over the entire restaurant (including the garden) every Sunday, for brunch and dinner, meaning the opportunity for new dishes like sweet longganisa sausage sliders and short rib kare kare.
