Cupola Pizzeria Announces Their Chef: Christian Hermsdorf

The upcoming Neapolitan pizza project from Lark Creek Restaurant Group, Cupola Pizzeria (under the “cupola” or dome on the fourth floor of the Westfield Centre), is aiming for an early June debut, and today they announce their chef hire: Christian Hermsdorf, formerly chef de cuisine at Bar Bambino. The opening menu, which we already shared with you, is a collaboration between Hermsdorf and Lark Creek culinary director Adrian Hoffman, and will feature both traditional Neapolitan pies, and some more heavily topped and whole-wheat options. Says Hermsdorf, “I’m excited to helm the restaurant and serve delicious, authentic and approachable dishes that will satisfy diners of all types.” [Grub Street, Earlier]
