Back in February we told you that Hell’s Kitchen joint Bocca di Bacco was expanding to the Upper West East Side, and that partner Thomas Bifulco would open a location with 45 sidewalk seats. Bocca (as the uptown offshoot is being called) opened this past weekend. Take a look at the interior and the menu from Vincenzo Pezzilli, who previously owned midtown spots Culinaria and Piazza del Campo (if you notice Asian accents, it’s because he’s also spent time chefing in China). Bocca will be open from noon till 11 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday, till midnight Wednesday and Thursday, and till 3 a.m. on weekends.
