An Early Peek at Picca’s Menu

The opening of Picca is still about another month away (now set for early June), associate Shawna Dawson writes to tell us. But, nearly as exciting is an early preview of the menu that now appears on the website of Mo-Chica chef and owner Ricardo Zarate’s forthcoming Peruvian restaurant. Come take a look at all the planned plates, which include slow cooked beef-stuffed potatoes, a crispy quinoa salad, blood sausage with ricoto pesto, sashimi, tiraditos, and ceviche, the promised selection of anticucho like beef heart and Santa Barbara shrimp, and main plates like duck leg confit in black beer sauce, in a sneak peak of Picca’s menu below.
