So what’s next for Zoe Nathan and husband Josh Loeb of Huckleberry, Rustic Canyon, and Sweet Rose Creamery? Eater reports that the couple has a pizza place in mind for the neighborhood, with a space picked out at 26th and Wilshire that could debut this November with baking space for the goods at Huckleberry. So far, the Loeb-Nathan empire has only tasted success with their made-from-scratch and farm-sourced fare. Clearly, a market-driven pizza business is guaranteed to generate interest in fans, and if the pizza’s as perfectionist as we’re predicting, they should have another popular restaurant on their hands here, especially given the prices one can charge on this Brentwood/Santa Monica border.
