Beer Me

What To Expect at The Third L.A. Beer Fest

If you flit from new restaurant to new restaurant, you’ve probably already tried a wide swath of great beers by now, seeing as we’re in the middle of a craft beer boom. But if you have some serious catching up to do, Drink.Eat.Play’s L.A. Beer Fest is back for the third time this Saturday, April 9th, with over 300 varieties of suds from 80 different suppliers. Who will be there?

The festival will rampage across Sony Studios for two separate three-hour sessions, offering unlimited four ounce pours for $40. Food will be sold separately from food trucks like Grilled Cheese, Nom Nom, and Komodo, while brew from the likes of Duvel, Stone, Dogfish Head, Ballast Point, Flying Dog, and Lagunitas, plus local upstarts like The Bruery, Angel City, and Bootlegger’s will be among the many on-hand, along with personal selections from the teams behind Simmzy’s, Rush Street, West 4th/Jane, and Naja’s Place. The complete list of participating beer labels is online, with tickets only available in advance through Eat.Drink.Play.
