
The new sushi, sake, and tequila bar from restaurateur Joseph Manzare, Hecho, opens tonight in the former Midi space (185 Sutter) after a couple of weeks of soft-opening events. As promised, the menu is all Japanese, with grilled skewer options from the robata — including uncommon skewers like yellowtail collar and nagaimo, Japanese mountain yam — and a variety of sustainable sushi with named sources. In addition to a tequila list 80 bottles deep, SFoodie already previewed the sake list and calls it “truly impressive.” See the full food menu below.
