Starting this Saturday, April 30th, Villains Tavern will start drinking in the daytime, opening at 1:00 P.M. for a burger, hot dog, and rib barbecue, complete with a DJ, live alt-Americana music act The Evangenitals, and an art show by female art collective Pretty/Tough. Mixologist Dave Whitton is making a liquor-infused “sno-cone fix,” while mediocre beer in brown bags will be priced at three bucks a pop. The weekly event starts this Saturday from1:00-5:00 P.M. at Villains.
