Last we checked, Tony Luke was on a mission of world peace, teaching school kids how to break down barriers through sharing food and cultural traditions. Now it looks like the Prince of Roast Pork might’ve shifted his focus back to world domination! His latest conquest? A location at a water park in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, a northwest coastal town near the world famous surfing beaches of Rincon, according to a prepared statement. It’s the first of 10 concessions stands and free-standing stores that Luke is developing in Puerto Rico with NJ-based Rastelli Foods Group. Honstly, we have mixed feeling about this. We’re proud to have Luke represent Philly to the rest of the world. But we’d be lying if we said we weren’t just a little jealous too. Soon Puerto Rico will have more Tony Luke’s locations than we have here.
