Ever wanted to know who in Chicago eats the most ham? You’re in luck, as Crain’s just released a collection of Market Facts 2011, and the very first topic tackles the age old question of “Who’s Buying More Ham?” This is amazing! What do we learn? In general, the North Side eats more ham than the South and West Sides. It also appears that the epicenter of pork is currently the Loop, which is a little confusing considering there aren’t that many big groceries stores there. But we never doubt Crain’s.
