As we mentioned earlier, San Francisco’s own Traci Des Jardins will be representing for our fair city on the third season of Top Chef Masters, premiering on Wednesday. In honor of that, Jardins’s ballpark eatery Public House will be hosting a viewing party Wednesday night at 8 p.m., complete with 25 flat-screen TVs showing Traci’s shining mug all across the room. (On subsequent weeks, the viewings will start at 7 p.m., via satellite.) The Public House menu will be available, but so will several items being sold to benefit La Cocina, the same charity Traci is competing for on the show, including a La Cocina-prepared appetizer plate and three featured tequila drinks — the Mijita Margarita, a Paloma and a Diablo. We personally can not wait to see Des Jardins back on the line, getting up in dudes’ faces, and stressing with everyone else as the clock ticks down.
