Midtown East: Lavo celebrates the Girl Scout Cookie craze, trading in their Oreos for Samoas with limited-edition Samoa Zeppoles on their menu. Midtown West: Eric Ripert bought a radiation detector and has the staff screening every piece of food that enters the pristine kitchen at Le Bernardin. [NYT]
