You know how Richard Blais, winner of Top Chef All Stars and all-around swell modernist chef, was also just about the most self-deprecating cheftestant in the history of the show, with his hangdog facial expressions and his sad admission this season that he hates everything he does? Well, TV.com decided to commission a tribute song, by artist Mia Di Pasquale, called “I Hate Everything I Do.” Example lyric: “Your heart’s been frozen in nitrogen for so long / only Fabio can thaw it now, but he’s gone.” Watch the video below.
