This Sunday, Chicks With Knives offers one of their in-demand pickling classes, only this time it’s free and boasts a spectacular setting. As part of The Natural History Museum’s “Sustainable Sundays,” the organic duo will discuss the international history of pickles, while offering safety and preservation tips, and then conduct a workshop on how to pickle your produce.
