To promote their new wedding cake business, Baker & Banker Bakery manager Daniel Saravia made a wedding cake for Prince William and Kate Middleton — well, really more for Kate — with the theme of “I’m Rich, Bitch.” As Saravia explains in this video from The Feast, the cake is festooned with gold and copper coins as well as ten-pound notes made out of fondant, in tribute to “all the hundreds and thousands of pounds she’s going to inherit.” The cake topper in this case is a fondant-sculpted depiction of a “flat-chested” Kate, with “her arms raised up in praise,” beside an enormous sugar replica of that sapphire engagement ring that belonged to Diana. It’s way classier than this Bazooka Candies’ Royal Wedding Ring Pop, that’s for sure.
